We are seeking bilingual Japanese-English nursery teachers who possess the qualities of energy, enthusiasm, flexibility, and adaptability. Fluency in Japanese is preferred, but Japanese or non-Japanese candidates are welcome. Positive, outgoing interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for caring for and playing with young children aged 2 to 6, collaborating effectively with a team, working independently, managing time effectively, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and actively assisting foreign English teachers.

POLKU International Schoolでは、
クラスのサポートを担当していただけるバイリンガルスタッフ（パート）を募集しています。

本ポジションは、いわゆる「英語を教える先生」の仕事ではありません。
子どもたちと日常的に関わりながら、
保護者と学校をつなぐ役割を大切にしていただくお仕事です。


【お仕事について】

  • クラス内での子どもたちの生活・活動サポート
  • 外国人スタッフと協力しながらのクラス運営補助
  • 保護者とのコミュニケーション（日本語）
  • 連絡帳などの簡単な文書対応

※レッスン準備やカリキュラム作成などの教務業務はありません。

【こんな方を歓迎します】

  • 日本語でのコミュニケーションや文章作成ができる方
  • 英語での基本的なやり取りができる方
    （英語力は面接時に確認します／ネイティブレベルは問いません）

  • 平日
    • 9:00～15:00（休憩30分）
